Welcome to Echo Infinite — a platform for music lovers, creators, and collaborators. By using our service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload, share, or distribute on Echo Infinite.
You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or that violates the rights of others (e.g., copyright, privacy, or trademarks).
You agree not to misuse the platform (e.g., spamming, exploiting bugs, attempting to hack, or interfering with the experience of others).
Collaboration features (such as draft sharing, messaging, and reactions) should be used respectfully and in good faith.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Echo Infinite, or 16+ where required by local laws.
You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the platform or its community.

You own your content. Uploading to Echo Infinite does not change that.
By uploading or sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within Echo Infinite and related services (e.g., feeds, profiles, previews).
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload the content you share.

Some features of Echo Infinite are available through paid subscription plans, billed in USD only.
By subscribing, you agree to the terms, features, and prices shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please note: if you are located outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or additional fees. These are outside our control.
Taxes may be applied where required by law and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Echo Infinite provides optional AI-powered tools (e.g., mastering, lyric feedback, recommendations).
These tools are designed to support creators, not replace them.
We cannot guarantee that AI outputs will be free of errors or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-assisted outputs before sharing or publishing.

Echo Infinite is a growing platform — features may evolve, change, or be removed without prior notice.
We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or any data loss (though we work hard to minimize these risks).
Beta features (including draft sharing and collaboration tools) may be unstable and are provided “as is.”

You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
Termination does not remove your responsibility for any obligations incurred before closure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, unless other mandatory local laws apply.
